I’ve worked a lot with schools wanting to motivate students, and we have largely focused on the “how.” In this work, I have named the conditions necessary for students to be motiv... Great article.It discusses levels of engagement so teachers can observe their students and adjust their approach accordingly. It grieves me that there is inequity everywhere. Some teachers really have their work cut out for them because of the students they see daily. Still, engaging the students IS the art in the teaching. Via Mary Perfitt-Nelson
