Is there a model that will allow us to make a living, produce goods and services and even compete with the dominant hegemony?

This is a keynote speech by researcher, engineer and thinker Vinay Gupta held atCamp Pixelache in Helsinki last Friday. In it, Gupta uses projects he’s been personally involved with, such as the hexayurt and STAR-TIDES to show how peer production principles can be used to solve crises from the level of the individual up to the global level. He also discusses game theory and how cooperative networks are beginning to outcompete states and large corporations.
