This article begins by pulling the reader in from all different angles to expand their audience. They talk about four different kinds of work places for each individual to get the best skills of mastery. Each person looks for a type of community where they can push them self to o their best, find a cause and meaningfulness for their work. A place where you can focus and reach your goals. Pace of a job, and organization level. This article was based to help individuals narrow down based on a set of questions to find out how their personality and needs is important for when deciding what kind of environment will be most effective for them.
