... hiring mistakes, it'll also help you recruit the best of the best. So, I encourage you to learn from my mistakes.
Trish Sadar's insight:

Nice article, I especially agree with the statement that recruiters/ or hiring managers are looking for a fit for the team, department, and company.

Once the typical ice-breaker questions, job description questions, and exprience and skill quesitons are asked -- personality and competency based questions may be asked.

Be prepared, review the job posting for required competency questions as well.  Know walking into the interview that you are a right fit for the position and company.

7 Job Interview Questions to Ask an Employer

7 Job Interview Questions to Ask an Employer | Interview Advice & Tips | Scoop.it
7 great job interview questions to ask a potential employer when you are asked if you have any questions.
Trish Sadar's insight:

Before the interview is through the interviewer wants to wrap things up and asks "Do you have any questions"?  This is not the time to say...No, thank you.  It is also not the time to pull out 50 questions.

We need to be sensitive to the amount of time the interviewer has established for the interview.  We don't want to annoy the interview -- we want to stay on their good graces.

Asking a few questions regarding the position is a great suggestion.  This article provides several for you to consider.
