Le prof n'aime pas être dépossédé de ses prérogatives. Pourtant si Mooc il y a, l'évaluation ne peut être que partagée et réalisée par les pairs. Malgré que les premieres enquêtes sur le sujet montrent que l'écart entre les notes données par les enseignants et celles données par les pairs dans un contexte encadré sont très similaires, le sujet reste délicat...encore une évolution des mentalités à envisager !

From this it appears MOOCS are like lasers were in the '60's: an answer waiting for someone to find the question!! Now we see lasers in use everywhere.. MOOCS engage MILLIONS in a collaborative endeavour of learning. This cannot be a bad thing! No matter what the critics say (and they are mostly vested interests in the status quo of university-based learning), On-line engagement and interaction with people motivated to learn can only expand and yield a direction for MOOCS. That direction could be Corporate training (this article denys that), or simply education of people without financial means to attend University courses. This could be the LASER of e-learning once it has been niche-marketed. Imagine that young lady in Pakistan (name escapes me), persecuted by the Taliban for her thirst for education being given access to high-quality academics on-line via a MOOC for free!...That is exciting for the future. |
