-: Not a tool to write, just to read subtitles along while the video plays. Great tool for viewers of streamed videos, eg: video conferences with .srt files available in different languages.
CONCLUSION: Great tool to bring subtitles to audiences without heavy computer settings, and also for control of subtitles across professional post production teams (with a little organization, and it is more time consuming than several other options but hey, it's free!)
How about a similar tool, but to write subtitles along (video streaming)?
