The owner and sim designer is LeLoo (lelooulf). What is really nice are the many matching animals, I especially like the elephants and the beach there. That's why I decided to introduce the newly renovated land of LeLoo.

Currently open within the Nitroglobus Roof Gallery Annex, operated and curated by Dido Haas, is a fascinating mixed-media exhibition of art by Onceagain (Manoji Yachvili). It brings together gouache painting, Second Life avatar photography and software post-processing to produce a series (or should that be part of a series, given this is apparently not the full collection?) of 16 utterly engaging pieces of the artist calls Splash the Gauche. Operated by Anastasia Juriya and Gianella Melodious... A genuinely pleasing to the eye setting, well laid-out and with a sense of space and natural beauty that reaches well beyond the region’s physical boundaries, Hylia’s Lake is an engaging visit.

At the time of my last visit to the region, back in February 2024, I noted that the region had something of a North European feel to it – like a small island nestled along the Scottish coast or Europe’s Wadden or Baltic Sea coastlines. With this iteration, the region maintains something of a similar vibe – albeit one where the off-region mountains might suggest his location is further north and west and lying off of Norway’s marvellous “crinkly bits” (as Douglas Adams once referred to it) coastline.] Click on the photo to read the full blog by Inara Pey

In the ever-evolving landscape of Second Life, some destinations stand the test of time. Stregatti Prestige Club, celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, is a shining example. Owned by Gattalia Rossini, the club boasts a truly unique design, drawing inspiration from the captivating real-world wonder – Grotta Palazzese in Polignano a Mare, Italy. We recently visited Hillvale Beach... ... now we know why the Baja Coast and Hillvale builds all look so similar... they are all part of the same real estate venture... ... we particularly liked the well-signposted rentals, here; no nasty, sudden, unexpected evictions... ... we love this Fallout/Bio-Shock vibe... ... these are beautifully crafted builds...… Click on the photo for the full blog by Seraphim Placebo

1) what a beautiful installation! Memories of Dreams is the name and I was entranced as soon as I entered. The buildings on the region are in the Japanese style and surrounded with lovely cherry trees 2)this is so different in concept from Dreams. It is called Morrigans Roadhouse. There were crows circling above as I arrived..The Morrígan is the Celtic goddess of war 3) Kim’s Legacy. - This is a relaxing place Please click on the photo to read the full blog

This year, we are planning a series of off-season Tours, giving the Company of Faire Folk a chance to meet up periodically, to explore fantasy lands (and perhaps some others) across the grid, to show off some of the clothes they purchased (or won) at the Faire, and to hang out and have fun. Our first Off-Season Tour is planned for Sunday 2nd June, 2024, 1pm SLT and we will be visiting Awenia, the region owned and designed by Gwen Enchanted.

This is another of BellaSwan Blackheart's designs that carries with it a marvellous understatement of natural beauty that immediately captures the eye and offers a richness of detail without in the least feeling forced or overloaded. In tone, the setting is somewhat similar to the iteration of Bella’s lullaby I visited in February 2024, a low-lying island watched over by the revolving eye of a lighthouse at one end, caught under a sky painted in the feathers of clouds and where the touch of human hands has been minimal enough so as not to spoil the island’s beauty.
