L’application pour smartphones ne protège pas les messages qu'elle envoie. Les intercepter est un jeu d'enfant.

 

Problème: WhatsApp est très facile à pirater. C’est le site allemand ComputerBild qui tire la sonnette d’alarme, soulignant que l’interception des SMS est un véritable jeu d’enfant.

 

Une application Android téléchargeable sur le net permet d’intercepter les messages des smartphones connectés à un même réseau wi-fi. Le danger de se faire espionner est donc particulièrement grand dans les lieux publics, bistros et autres, qui proposent un réseau gratuit à leurs clients.

LulzSec Reborn, a splinter group of the now-defunct LulzSec, exposed 10,000 Twitter users' data in a new hack.

 

LulzSec Reborn, a splinter group of the defunct LulzSec, is claiming responsibility for leaking data from 10,000 users of a ===> Twitter-based app called TweetGif. <===

 

The app, which let users share GIFs, required users to share information including their real names, passwords, bios, locations and secret tokens, all of which LulzSec Reborn has made public. The group, which last month leaked account information from 171,000 members of the military via millitarysingles.com, has not given a reason for its latest hack.

 

Reps from TweetGif could not be reached for comment at press time.

Plus de 6 millions de mots de passe LinkedIn piratés...

 

Un pirate informatique a mis la main sur 6,5 millions d´identifiants de connexion au site LinkedIn. Voilà qui n'est pas rassurant, surtout pour l'identité numérique des 6,5 millions de comptes Linkedin qui semblent avoir été piratés par un hacker d'origine Russe.


Lundi, 6,5 millions de mots de passe cryptés ont été postés dans un forum spécialisés dans le piratage informatique. Le "posteur" réclame de l'aide pour lui permettre de déchiffrer les mots de passe. Des "précieux", codés en Sha1 (01). Pour le moment, seul les mots de passe sont proposés. Les logins sont restés dans les mains du "pirate".
