Microsoft research is augmenting the Kinect device with new 3D capabilities. The results are stunning. I find it very interesting to follow the Kinect improvement. New idea´s of how to use it and what one can do with it is still popping up all the time. It´s started as a "Toy" and has jumped directly into the world of professionals in many different industries.
