It's all about the unfriendly corporate ladder, young women would rather pursue on their own in the world.
I don't think women face as much discrimination now, but the ambition to climb to the top is absent, not because of laziness or lack of opportunities but because family really does take attention and time. Raising children is becoming more challenging these days.
