What's next? 3D printed buildings?! Amazing to see how far this technology has come in such a short space of time.

This is much inline with my readings on the zero marginal cost society. Being able to print your own car may not be practical of cost effective today but once it is and car 3D models are available free or low charge on the web, where will the car industry go? I understand why Tesla is building huge battery manufacturing plant as they may have seen that providing key components may be the future of the car industry?

People who are afraid of being fired tend to be less creative for fear that if someone doesn't like their idea they'll be gone. If you are operating out of fear all the time it's time to do something else. If you can't be creative at work, maybe it's time to create your own work by starting your own company. If you are the boss and you don't know find out what talents your people have and what they are passionate about ,you're potentially missing a big opportunity.Your employees might be holding on to the next multi-million dollar idea for your company's products or services or to cost-saving ideas around improving your business operations or facilities. I have advised business owners to truly care and to find out what their people are passionate about and to figure out how to put their staff's best talents to work for the company's benefit. It is not uncommon for people to be in jobs that don't match their greatest gifts and talents.
