The article describes how technology s improving and being innovated, as Cloud technology and real-time workforce allows for flexibility and awareness of a changing market. This article connects to unit 2 of human geography in that it touches on historical trends and projects for the future in regard to technological inventions and innovations. It mentions the past of HR technology and the effects of the Great Recession, as well as plans to make their products bigger, faster and better in the future. On a wider scale, it can be noted that similar experiences have occurred to many companies, and the worlds technology will only continue to improve.
