Probably not news to most of us (no pun intended), since it seems to me that millennials thrive on immediacy of news, and attribute well served by social media. The desire (or even recognition) for accuracy, or journalistic insight, appears to be less important. But maybe my perspective is influenced by my 17-year career at Reuters, where accuracy always took precedent over timeliness. Reading time: 3 mins
