Stage 1 - Expert at "doing"
Stage 2 - Team Leader. Stage 3 - Multi-functionnal leadership Going from Stage 1 to Stage 2 is the biggest step.... Le passage du Stage 1 au Stage 2 est le plus difficile. L'expert doit apprendre à ne plus faire les choses. Plusieurs experts promus gestionnaire ont une tendance au micro-management, à être plus intéressés par la méthode que par le résultat, à penser qu'il possède LA bonne façon de faire les choses ... |
