3D printers are popping up in the news more and more frequently. They can make things from food to weapons. It seems that almost anything can be built by these machines. Now there’s a new technology called Contour Crafting making its way to the forefront. Not only can this tech build an entire house; it can do it in one day.

Japan is always technologically advanced; and now robots look like a human, talk like one, even sing and cry like one. Of course it doesn't look as human as it could, but give it a decade or so - and you won't be able to tell between the two.

Watch in amazement as your kids have a blast learning about STEM as they play. With robotics for kids, the entertainment never ends and neither does their learning experience. While kids are building and programming their robots, they are learning how moving parts fit and work together to create a common goal. The following robotics kits vary in their limitations and capabilities. Some kits are very simple and easy, you can build a few different robots and use a controller to drive them. Other sets offer endless possibilities from building to designing and even programming. Here are 11 of the best robotics for kids in 2017, for inventing and building robots. There’s certainly a lot of questions about autonomous vehicles and how to regulate, insure, and make them safe as we start putting them on the street. But for me what is certain is that we’ll be able to sort through those issues, and a future of robotic cars cruising through our neighborhoods is ultimately inevitable. The fact is, removing the driver is as revolutionary today as removing the horse at the turn of the last century. The industrial revolution made affordable automobiles a reality. Now, technologies like cheap 3D sensing, ubiquitous connectivity, and novel AI algorithms will put self-driving cars on the road within the next decade. Via Sigalon
