Deloitte a récemment produit une étude sur l'usage du smartphone en Grande Bretagne. 46% de propriétaire de smartphone utilisent leur téléphone pour rechercher un produit pendant leur shopping trip, avec 74%  de taux de conversion après la visite d'un site mobile (ou app) d'un retailer
