WordPress 3.4.2, now available for download, is a maintenance and security release for all previous versions.
Version 3.4.2 also fixes a few security issues and contains some security hardening.
The vulnerabilities included potential privilege escalation and a bug that affects multisite installs with untrusted users. These issues were discovered and fixed by the WordPress security team.

Vasco has announced that its Mydigipass authentication system has been incorporated into the WordPress platform.
Launched earlier this year, Mydigipass is a token that allows a user to login to multiple web applications via one single sign-in, with the user logging into the web portal either directly on the Mydigipass website, or via a button on an approved website via the Mydigipass button, entering a user name, password and one-time password (OTP) generated by the token.

RODEMACK en FRANCE : 33° édition – 30 juin 2012 et 1er juillet 2012. Les photos de 2010 et 2011 sont disponibles maintenant en diaporama. Chaque année, le “dernier week-end de juin” tout un village Lorrain dans le nord-est de la France (F-57570) se transforme et vit comme au moyen âge.
Un festival qui est célébré chaque année au dernier week-end de juin et qui vaut la peine d’être visité, inspirez-vous de ce knol et des images faites lors d’une visite. Cela vaut la peine de visiter cet évènement qui est très bien organisé…

Annotum is a WordPress theme developed by Solvitor, Crowd Favorite, and Google.
What is unique about this particular theme? Annotum is attempting to create a publishing standard for peer-reviewed scholarly journals. There hasn't been a huge amount of development in that area, and most tools are simply there to distribute edited documents rather than facilitating the process of peer review and publication. Annotum can be used by single or multiple authors and supports NLM/PubMed Journal Article document type definitions (DTD) commonly used in eJournals as well as exporting files to PDF or XML.

I found this interesting article that shows the great challenge that teachers have in the 21st century. It is important to keep in mind that this century that we are living in, is very technological and cannot be taught with the same methodologies that were used, one or two centurys ago. I really liked this article because it contains videos where experts explain the importance of using technology in the classroom, the importance of motivating our students and relating the technology that they use in their daily life with the school environment. Also, thanks to this article I got some ideas that can help me to teach classes in a virtual and synchronous way, I hope this article is of interest to you and that you can practice listening and reading.
