Clark Aldrich's interesting rule of thumb using 6 levels of game play. Depending on the project, or topic, I start with 4 levels that progress in level of complexity & adjust the timing as needed, up to 8 levels. Aldrich's 24 min of play means about 36 min of intro & conclusions (assuming including feedback). Considering the attention span of today's target audience (and approving executives) this seems excessive to me. What are your thoughts?
