This popular and successful four week online course from the University of London Computer Centre (ULCC) introduces participants to the key features and functionality available in the long-awaited, and much updated, Moodle 2.0. Through a series of hands-on activities and tasks, participants will develop their understanding of what Moodle 2.0 has to offer. Each participant will have their own Moodle 2.0 course area to work with as they put many of Moodle’s new features to the test. This programme will also provide a range of opportunities to communicate, collaborate and share ideas and experiences with other online learners as well as plan for how to use what you have learned in the future.
Most activities will be asynchronous and participants will spend approximately 3-4 hours a week online at times convenient to them. The course tutor is Jim Judges, an experienced online guide, Moodle user and eLearning practitioner.
Moodle and Mahara allow seamless integration with Single Sign On capability.
